About
One lane, run from the China side.
We do not do everything. We do one thing: goods from China to Europe on DDP terms, with the import entry in our name. That is a narrow business, and narrow is the point.
Scope
Two speeds, one destination region.
3–5 daysair, door to door
Shanghai to Amsterdam, direct
Space on scheduled services, cleared at Amsterdam and delivered onward. For the shipment that cannot wait, or the bestseller that is about to go out of stock.
~16 daysroad, door to door
Overland, five departures a week
Out through Khorgos, west into Europe, onto an EU-registered carrier at the border. For traditional trade goods and planned replenishment.
No ocean freight. No domestic European transport. No US lane. Each of those needs a different set of relationships, and a company that claims all of them at once is usually reselling someone else’s operation.
Where we are
Four offices, four different jobs.
All four are in China, which is deliberate: the part of a DDP shipment that goes wrong is almost always the origin part — collection, consolidation, and what is declared.
| Office | What it does on a shipment |
|---|---|
| Yiwu | Small-commodity consolidation. The office where mixed supplier orders are received, counted and photographed before they become one consignment. |
| Yongkang | Hardware and tools. Heavier goods, different packing, and the supplier base that needs a physical visit rather than a phone call. |
| Ningbo | Port-side export formalities and the road lane’s loading point. |
| Shanghai | Air freight and coordination. Pudong is where the Amsterdam service departs. |
On the European side we clear imports through our own customs broker and work with a delivery network for the last kilometre. Clearance is the part that most often goes wrong when it is subcontracted, which is why we did not subcontract it.
Since 2010
What sixteen years on one lane buys you.
Freight forwarding is a business where the difference between a good and a bad operator shows up on the exception, not on the standard shipment. Anyone can move a pallet when nothing goes wrong. The value of time on a lane is knowing which border crossing is congested this week, which carrier will refuse a pallet, and which customs code will be questioned at entry.
It also means we can tell you when a shipment should not go. If your deadline needs six days and the goods cannot fly, the useful answer is that the deadline will not be met — not a booking confirmation followed by an apology.
How we behave
Four commitments, in the order they cost us money.
Tell us what you are shipping.
Product, gross weight, carton size, destination postcode and your deadline — that is enough for a written quote within one business day.
